Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our global customer service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to dealer inquiries, capturing warranty data, resolving shipping and order status issues, managing escalation situations, and performing user testing. You will also have the opportunity to perform additional duties and projects as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to dealer inquiries and provide a positive customer experience with each interaction.
* Receive, research, and answer customer lead inquiries, service issues, product information inquiries, and orders.
* Capture warranty data and enter customer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories.
* Resolve shipping and order status issues by requesting payments from customers regarding outstanding invoices and performing outbound calls to customers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments, and product delivery or service of product.
* Manage escalation situations and perform user testing.

Requirements:

* High school graduate required.
* 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
* Spanish speaking required.
* B2B dealer experience and warranty experience preferred.
* Detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on location.
