At Kansas City Title, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- 6+ years of real estate experience with a proven track record of sales success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
