Job Title: Sales Manager

At Kansas City Title, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of real estate experience with a proven track record of sales success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
