Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site inspections and services for residential solar installations, adhering to all safety guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with solar panels, inverters, monitoring systems, and other related equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
  • Provide clear and concise communication with customers regarding service updates, recommendations, and potential solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with the dispatch team and branch manager to coordinate service schedules and address customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service activities and documentation for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with PV systems and installations.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, solar panel technology, and related equipment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing solar monitoring systems from various manufacturers (e.g., SolarEdge, SMA, SunPower).
  • Experience servicing and maintaining inverters/micro-inverters from leading brands (e.g., SMA, PVI, SolarEdge, Enphase).
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
