Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer Operator to provide technical support for a variety of technical issues at Fort Johnson. This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex operating problems and develop processes to avoid loss of information or conserve computer time.
  • Provide technical assistance to lower-level operators and assist programmers, systems analysts, and subject matter specialists with problem resolution.
  • Conduct operational checks, isolate equipment/system/software malfunctions, and restore failed equipment to good working order.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Security+ certification (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification).
  • Excellent customer service skills, including good communication and professionalism.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
