Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Early Childhood Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading fun and educational soccer classes for children, promoting a love of movement and healthy habits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist/Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and fun manner.
  • Provide individual and group attention to children.
  • Show up on time to class, physically and mentally prepared (includes commuting time).

Non-Coaching Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Equipment: Assist with the distribution, and upkeep of equipment needed.
  • Hiring: Assist the hiring manager with sourcing and screening potential candidates.
  • Marketing/Branding: Manage the ordering, printing, and distribution of flyers, posters, and signage.
  • Observations: Recording classes for coach development video feedback.

Requirements:

  • Able and willing to travel to all Boston area class locations.
  • Availability must include Saturday and Sunday morning (9-1pm) and a minimum of 3 weekday mornings (8:30 am – 12pm) and Afternoons (2 pm – 6 pm).
  • Prior experience working with children preferred.
  • Soccer playing background preferred.
  • Must be fun, energetic, patient, and attentive.
