Market Manager, Regional Operations Leader

Commercial Tire Inc is seeking a highly skilled Market Manager to lead our regional operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee multiple stores and drive business growth.
Job OverviewThe Market Manager will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and developing strategies to improve sales and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership:
- Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to motivate and inspire team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes open communication and collaboration among team members.
- Serve as a role model and demonstrate Commercial Tire's values and mission.
- Store Support:
- Provide guidance and support to store managers on operational matters.
- Develop and implement processes to improve store efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the area director to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Reporting/Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports to the area director on store performance and market trends.
- Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of success in improving sales and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in managing multiple stores and teams.
- Knowledge of commercial tire industry and market trends.
- Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
