Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Leader

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Leader to join our leadership team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the PICU's mission and goals
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Mentor and coach nursing leaders to build their capacity and confidence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote seamless communication and coordination
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
