About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Technician to join our team at LCB Senior Living, LLC. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense unit dose medications and maintain accurate records
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, dressing, and bathing
  • Monitor residents' needs and preferences, and report any changes to the RN or designee
  • Participate in on-going in-service training programs and specialized staff training as required
  • Document services provided, including incidents and behaviors
Requirements
  • Current Med Aide or LMNA certification/license
  • Ability to use computer for documenting services provided
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Physical stamina to make visits to residents throughout the community
