Job Overview

The Digital Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our organization's billing operations. This position involves implementing and configuring Office 365/Azure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Office 365/Azure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  • Provide technical support for Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to help employees effectively use Office 365 applications.
  • Integrate Office 365 applications with other enterprise systems and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Monitor the performance of Office 365 applications and optimize them for better efficiency.
  • Manage and support collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and OneDrive.
  • Advocate for and implement best practices for using Office 365 products.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Azure services and integration.
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting Office 365/Azure applications.
  • Experience with Power Automate.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 per year.
