Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. construction management, engineering)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing budgets
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
