Job Responsibilities

As a Pest Control Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inspections to determine the source of pest activity and selecting effective solutions
  • Performing pest treatments, installing products, and maintaining service vehicles and equipment
  • Building customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow
