We are currently seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Rothco. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory levels.

About the Job

The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for performing cycle counts, verifying inventory levels, and investigating discrepancies. You will also collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement solutions to improve inventory management processes.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels
  • Performing regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Verifying inventory levels and investigating discrepancies
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify and implement solutions
  • Providing feedback to developers on new ERP system data integrity
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic PC knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
