The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Solutions team as a Vice President. As a key member of our team, you will work to expand our institutional client base in the West Region. Your primary responsibility will be to establish new relationships with institutions, including pensions, endowments, foundations, and financial institutions, for global private markets products and separate accounts.

  1. You will initiate research to target potential investors for business development and attend investor meetings.
  2. Maintain CRM data post-investor meetings and help build and support marketing campaigns by using existing CRM contacts and identifying potential investors.
  3. Review Requests for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaires completed by the Client Solutions Support Team.
  4. Schedule and arrange conference calls, client meetings, road shows, and investor events.
  5. Work directly with the Head of Client Solutions in the Americas to develop a business plan to continue the growth of our institutional client base in the West.
  6. Collaborate with the consultant relations team to assist with the coverage of select consulting firms and field consultants.
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years of work experience in a financial industry setting.
  • A college degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A.).
  • Proven experience in an institutional client-facing role, preferably in sales capacity, relationship management, and/or consultant relations experience.
  • A willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple assignments/initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
