This position involves a hybrid role of litigation and management, where you will be responsible for supervising associate attorneys and legal personnel while also playing an active role in the firm's operations.

The successful candidate will be adept at managing a varied caseload that includes intricate premises liability, labor law, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters. We offer a competitive compensation package, including commissions on cases and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseloads efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee and mentor associate attorneys to ensure robust litigation and the establishment of prima facie cases.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role overseeing attorneys and legal staff.
  • A proven history of successfully litigating complex cases, including those related to construction, labor law, and premises liability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • First-chair trial experience as a plaintiff's attorney.
  • Documented successful jury verdicts.
  • Extensive background in plaintiff personal injury cases.
