Job Summary

V2X is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Engineer to support the execution of classified advanced development research and development (R&D) programs. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to define new capabilities, identify gaps, and develop program objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Support the execution of classified R&D programs, including coordinating technical activities, interfacing with prime contractor senior technical management, and working with government technical support organizations.
  • Technical Acquisition: Develop acquisition and technical documentation, including statements of work, performance work statements, and specifications. Analyze contractor proposals and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis, and reports.
  • Systems Engineering: Serve as the systems engineer for team project technical execution, coordination, risk management, and communication of concerns and issues with program management and technical leadership.
  • Customer Engagement: Facilitate customer engagement and project management throughout the design, engineering, integration, test, and program execution process.
  • Project Planning: Work with the Project Management and Task Lead(s) to develop out-year planning for future capabilities and provide input to roadmaps for analysis, risk reduction, development, and integration of advanced capabilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited college or university.
  • Clearance: Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in program management, technical acquisition, and systems engineering, with a focus on classified R&D programs.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
