Senior .Net Full Stack Developer with Angular

Cognizant's Digital Engineering is seeking a highly qualified Senior .Net Full Stack Developer with experience developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:- Logging all the incidents in IT Service Management Tools (ITSM Tools - currently in Remedy Force) and assigning right priority for the incidents.
- Triage the incidents and route it to appropriate application resolver groups as applicable.
- Provide SOP based resolution to resolve the incidents.
- Diagnose the incident for cause of failure involving L2 and L3 teams appropriately.
- Resolve the incident and get confirmation from the user and close the incident.
- Create SOP's where appropriate for L.15 team to handle the issues (left shift).
- Raise and Coordinate with 3rd party system provider where the incident resolution is dependent on such provider.
- Regular cadence for analyzing recurring incidents.
- Identify the root cause for recurring incidents.
- Create a problem ticket and assign to the right team.
- Work on coordinating Minor enhancements.
- Experienced in .net and angular.
- Experienced in managing support and development activities.
- Should have knowledge in Scrum process.
- Knowledge in ITSM tools.
- Effectively be able to manage the client stakeholders and coordinate with the team.
The annual salary for this position is between $81K - $135K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
