Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team at Holder Construction. As a key member of our Field Supervision team, you will be responsible for assisting with the movement of materials and equipment on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist field supervision with the safe movement of materials and equipment
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in equipment operation and maintenance
  • Equipment operator certifications
  • OSHA 10 training (minimum) or 30 hours preferred
  • Forklift, equipment, fall protection, and mobile elevated work platform training
  • Skid steer and water truck operation experience preferred
Qualifications
  • Ability to work in an OSHA-compliant safety environment
  • Ability to work outside and in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to work overtime and weekend hours
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs
