At Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc., we are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our team. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and supervision to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement client service plans in coordination with our staff.
- Provide skilled nursing services, including hourly or per-visit care, to meet the required professional care.
- Regularly assess the nursing needs of clients and provide services as needed.
- Work with clients and their families to determine their needs and provide education on proper care and treatment.
- Supervise CNAs and other home health aides to ensure high-quality care.
- Perform annual assessments and evaluations of PCAs, CNAs, and other caregivers.
- Review and revise client plans in consultation with physicians based on ongoing assessments.
- Direct nursing and home healthcare as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Report changes in client condition to physicians and ensure accurate and complete plans of treatment.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience in home healthcare or a related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
