Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Assets Project Manager to join our team at Cynet Systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing early pipeline development projects, ensuring timely delivery of assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical experience, with a strong background in project management, communication, and leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing project plans, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Collaborating with the Global Asset Team to identify project risks and opportunities.
  • Scheduling and documenting team meetings, ensuring effective communication.
  • Building project deliverables, including kickoff presentations, meeting decks, and final presentations.
  • Supporting planning efforts for critical external events.
  • Coordinating with internal resources to ensure high-quality and efficient asset development.
  • Embracing innovation and trying new approaches to improve project outcomes.
  • Recognizing and proactively resolving issues with or deviation from proposed plans and timelines.
  • Supporting best practice sharing, agile ways of working, and innovative mindset.
  • Managing workstream deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
  • Partnering with the global SPM for alignment and consistency in timeline and planning activities.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of five years of overall pharmaceutical experience, with a minimum of two years in early pipeline development, new product launch, and strategy development.
  • Demonstrated project management, and effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and influence teams without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results on large initiatives.
  • Well-developed leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Project management Professional or Agile certification a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma and process improvement experience are a plus.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, science, medicine, or a related field is required; an MBA, PharmD, or advanced graduate degree is preferred.
