Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the overall condition of corporate equipment and determine the necessary repairs or reconditioning.
  • Recondition used or damaged equipment for company reuse, ensuring it meets safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and install ancillary equipment and aftermarket items, such as cashless devices.
  • Prepare equipment for disposal and ensure proper documentation.
  • Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment to access, relocate, and transfer equipment.
  • Communicate with sales centers, supervisors, and technicians regarding shipping status and equipment availability.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory for reconditioning equipment.
  • Maintain and complete required paperwork, including work tickets and parts lists.
  • Rebuild and repair parts and equipment, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company safety protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience, preferably in a high-speed industrial environment.
  • General plumbing and technical experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred.
Working Conditions

The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment in operation.
