As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Telemetry Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Assisting in the assessment of patients by gathering relevant data for analysis.
- Implementing care plans and performing necessary interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.
- Supporting patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Documenting and communicating patient status and responses to interventions effectively.
- Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
