Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at Della Infotech. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a critical role in the supervision of stress testing and cardiac rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise stress testing procedures in the Cardiology Department, ensuring compliance with our staffing plan and policies.
  • Assist in stress testing procedures that require RN supervision, and process Holter monitors.
  • Perform treadmill exercise stress tests, nuclear stress testing, and exercise stress echocardiograms with minimal physician oversight, in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Independently assess and supervise patients exercising in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and complete necessary office workflow and documentation.
  • Communicate critical results to appropriate physicians.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
  • ACSM-CEP (American College of Sports Medicine Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist) certification.
  • BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
  • Stress Lab Test Experience.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of isokinetic testing, evaluation, and functional capacity evaluations.
  • Skills Checklist.
  • Two Supervisory Reference Forms.
  • Candidates must live 100+ miles from the facility.
Certification Requirements
  • ACLS (AHA) certification.
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
Work Schedule

No weekend or on-call requirements.
