Who You Are:
As a Tax Associate, you bring at least 2 years of paid experience in preparing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, utilizing commercial tax preparation software.
You are dedicated to assisting clients in navigating the complexities of tax regulations and are committed to enhancing our brand by providing exceptional customer service.
Your strong customer service skills enable you to engage with clients through video and audio communication in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
Requirements:
You must possess or be capable of obtaining any necessary state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, along with an active PTIN.
A dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit's security standards is required. Additionally, you should be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assist clients in completing their tax returns using Intuit TurboTax products.
By offering tax guidance, comprehensive return preparation, tax calculations, and addressing product inquiries, you will contribute to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World." You will leverage government resources, professional tools, and team knowledge to provide accurate answers to clients in clear, everyday language.
This is a virtual, client-facing position, where you will utilize advanced video communication software to interact with customers and maintain precise documentation of all interactions.
