Job Summary

We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in our Newport News, Virginia location. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and contribute to our goal of helping people live happy, successful lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless client care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • Licensed clinician with a master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field
  • Independent licensure in Virginia (LCSW, LMFT, LP, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
  • Ability to work a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
