Travel Physical Therapist

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join their team in Gainesville, Virginia. This is a 13-week contract assignment with a competitive pay rate and comprehensive benefits package.
Job Summary:The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. They will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. The Physical Therapist will also educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
Requirements:- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
- Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
