We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Gainesville. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a Master's or Doctor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. You must be certified in Physical Therapy and hold a valid state license to practice.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring excellent health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate new patients, develop personalized plans of care, and set measurable goals.
- Treat patients, address their concerns, and educate them on their condition, progress, and expected outcomes.
- Supervise aides in providing modalities for non-Medicare and non-BCBSM patients, as well as general setup and cleanup duties.
- Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals as needed.
- Determine when to discharge patients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, considering the number of referrals and patient types.
- Contribute to developing protocols for common diagnoses and participate in research studies supported by the clinic.
- Commit to ongoing professional development through company-sponsored continuing education events and approved courses.
- Embody the clinic's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce.
- Master's or Doctor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
