Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a local contract basis. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
- Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results
- Develop and implement respiratory care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting
- Appropriate certifications for the specific position
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Commitment to 36 hours per week
