About the Job

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals in West Chester, PA. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality post-acute care to patients
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental well-being, tracking vital signs and documenting health concerns
  • Perform intakes, document medical histories, and review medical records
  • Administer medications, maintain medical supplies, and contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for patients
  • Assist with IV setup, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, and help medical staff with orientation and training
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role
