  • Manage the month-end closing process, including accruals and comprehensive financial statement evaluations.
  • Conduct Balance Sheet account reconciliations.

  • Oversee the monthly financial closing activities, ensuring all incurred expenses are accurately recorded.
  • Lead a team of three, providing guidance and support in financial operations.
  • Assist the Staff Accountant with accounts receivable and payable tasks, including entries, schedules, and payments as necessary.
  • Engage in the continuous improvement and formulation of accounting policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Experience with Sage 100 software.
Preferred Experience:
  • Background in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
