Job Description:

The HVAC Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects, utilizing estimating software to create and manage estimates, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems and estimating, with experience in handling projects ranging from $100,000 to $10,000,000.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of cost estimates for HVAC projects, ensuring all project specifications and requirements are met.
  • Utilization of estimating software to create and manage estimates, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the bidding process.
  • Analysis of project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
