About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our Delivery team at Arkatechture. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Arkalytics platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a comprehensive test strategy for the Arkalytics platform, including test plan details for features and implementations.
  • Create and execute detailed test scripts to identify functional, reliable, and expectation-meeting product features.
  • Establish testing methodologies and best practices to ensure production readiness of supported products.
  • Identify and remedy defects following the testing life cycle, recommending and implementing preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
  • Implement, monitor, and organize test scripts and results to assess functionality, performance, and quality of the Arkalytics platform.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Intermediate SQL skills and experience working on databases such as Snowflake, SQLServer, Oracle, Aurora, PostgreSQL, Redshift, or MySQL.
  • Intermediate Tableau skills and experience working on data management projects for data lakes/data warehousing.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in quality inspection, auditing, reconciliation, and testing.
  • A strong understanding of Agile software development and testing life cycle and methodology is a must.
