We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical-neuro unit at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. As a Neurology Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards
- Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence
- Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development
- Participate in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures, and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection prevention program
- Competitive salary range: $50.21-$74.61
- Great shift differentials: $2.50/hour for evenings; $7.00/hour for nights
- Additional pay for BSN, MSN, DPN, and advanced certifications
