We are seeking a skilled Golf Course Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ClubCorp. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the golf course and surrounding areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain powered equipment for mowing, edging, and trimming golf course surfaces, including greens, aprons, tees, and rough.
  • Perform semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work, including grading and preparing soil for plant beds, laying sod, planting, and removing weeds.
  • Operate light equipment for hauling materials and removing debris from the golf course and surrounding areas.
  • Trim trees, prune shrubbery, and cultivate shrubs and flowers to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the golf course and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
