Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement social services policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
- Oversee social services case management activities and ensure effective discharge planning.
- Manage staff activities, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure staff competencies.
- Collaborate with community organizations to develop new programs and enhance current services for Kaiser members.
- Develop and manage departmental budget, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and improve services.
- Minimum two years of leadership or supervisory experience in medical social work.
- Masters degree in Social Work from an institution accredited by the Council of Social Work Education.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) required at hire.
