We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. In this role, you will be responsible for driving top-line sales growth of our branded paint, stain, and associated products by developing business relationships with key professional customers.

You will cultivate leads, qualify prospects, schedule and perform outside sales calls with customers both in-store and on-site, engaging in value-added business meetings with key decision-makers at each store visit. Additionally, you will implement and leverage sales excellence initiatives, including the 7-step sales cycle, customer dashboards, and CRM lead programs.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will maintain store signage, merchandising displays, color chip and color card stock, and monitor in-store inventory levels. You will also conduct product and program knowledge training with Lowe's associates to increase recognition and awareness.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. You should be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with up to 9 Saturdays per year.
