Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents in the Vent Unit, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assume leadership roles as needed, contributing to the daily operations of the unit.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills and a general understanding of nursing principles to ensure resident care.
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college).
- Less than one year experience.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills.
