Description
The role involves performing a variety of technical and administrative responsibilities at the Membership Services Desk within the Fitness Center and Gymnasium.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patrons with membership inquiries and processes.
- Facilitate registrations for various activities, including aquatic programs.
- Support customers with the use of recreational equipment.
- Enroll new members into the system.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective members.
- Provide guidance on the operation of fitness equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in restrooms, pool areas, and the facility.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Must be at least 16 years old by the start date.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in computer usage is required.
- Basic mathematical knowledge is necessary; ability to manage cash transactions accurately and compile patron statistics.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale systems is preferred.
- Customer service orientation is a must.
- Flexibility in scheduling is required, including availability for evenings and weekends.
