Vocational Guidance Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our custodial team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in all aspects of custodial services.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure all quality parameters are met and maintained.
- Team Supervision: Train, develop, and supervise crew leaders and employees to ensure efficient and timely work completion.
- Custodial Support: Assist with cleaning duties of custodians who are absent or in need of assistance.
- Floor Care: Perform floor care work as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Experience: Previous custodial/floor care experience required, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Qualifications: Must pass background check, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and present a professional image.
- Skills: Ability to work within a budget, maintain positive customer relations, and demonstrate a positive role model.
