This role is responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pain management and be proficient in monitoring and interpreting patients' vital signs and responses to anesthesia.

A competitive salary of $100,000 annually will be offered to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluating patients' medical histories, allergies, current medication use, and other risk factors
  • Designing treatment plans with the medical team
  • Supervising nurses when they administer anesthesia to patients before procedures
  • Monitoring vital signs of patients during surgery and adjusting anesthetics as needed
  • Maintaining detailed notes on patient treatment, dosing, and vital signs
  • Continuing care after surgery to control the level of pain relief and consciousness
  • Communicating continuing care instructions to specialists and nurses
Requirements
  • Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
  • Valid state medical license to practice in Georgia
  • Proven experience as an Anesthesiologist, with a strong track record of administering anesthesia across a range of surgical procedures
  • Experience in outpatient surgery center
  • INDEPENDENT and does not need CRNAs
  • interventional pain and Bariatrics plastic experience (preferred but not a deal-breaker)
