Job Title: CT Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our outpatient clinic in Columbus, OH, providing direct patient care under the supervision of a physician.

Position Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment with a passionate team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing essential medical procedures, collecting and documenting patient data, and maintaining the functionality of the CT scanner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform medical procedures such as starting IVs, administering contrast media, and taking vital signs under physician supervision
  • Collect and document patient data, including posting charges and creating chart notes
  • Administer medications in accordance with organizational standards and assist in allergic reaction events
  • Conduct patient scans following ALARA guidelines
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the CT scanner, ensuring equipment is clean and quality assurance is performed per OSHA, ARRT, and Ohio Department of Health guidelines
  • Manage the cleanliness and stock of rooms
  • Participate in the management of medical supplies, including ordering and inventory documentation
  • Attend required in-service training, such as OSHA and HIPAA
  • Contribute to clinical and business performance improvement efforts
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiology Program with board certification in CT
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Capability to make decisions based on established policies and procedures
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
