Care Around the Block is a local and family-owned company that provides care management services to older adults. Our mission is to assist clients and their families in managing and navigating the issues they face as they age.

Responsibilities
  • Advocate for clients and ensure their needs are met
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client's medical history, current level of functioning, cognitive and emotional status, safety of the environment, and financial or legal needs
  • Develop comprehensive plans of care that include recommendations for implementation, monitoring, management, and updating
  • Offer referrals to medical, financial, or legal specialists as needed
Requirements
  • Tennessee Licensed Registered Nurse (Associates or Higher required; BSN preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in local human service or medical field, with knowledge of community resources regularly utilized by older adults
  • Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with ability to learn new software

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, cell phone reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and free telehealth coverage.
