Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Resource Float Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Applying the nursing process and critical thinking to provide safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Exhibiting professionalism and active engagement in unit activities.
- Demonstrating teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Being accountable for the quality of nursing services and promoting a positive image of the profession.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or bachelor’s).
- A minimum of six months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- A current Registered Nurse License in Texas or a Multi-State Compact License.
- Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Two years of acute care nursing experience in Medical Surgical/Tele or ICU/ER settings.
This position requires full vaccination for COVID-19, in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
