Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As our Service Warranty Coordinator, you will review, revise, and process parts and service warranty claims. This involves communicating with service and parts personnel regarding returned, rejected, and parts request claims. You will create Product Improvement Programs (PIPs), work orders, and monitor expiring PIPs, ensuring they are scheduled and performed in a timely manner. Additionally, you will reconcile warranty and manufacturer difference accounts and provide consultation and training to dealer employees on warranty regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have 2+ years' experience in service department operations, a high school diploma or equivalency, attention to detail, and extended periods of sitting, standing, and squatting. You should also be proficient in Deere Warranty system, JDPoint, DTAC systems, able to lift 40 pounds, use standard desktop load applications like Microsoft Office and internet functions, communicate effectively to individuals and groups, and create, analyze, and interpret internal reports.
