Veterinary Technician Internal Medicine Specialist

As a Veterinary Technician in the Internal Medicine department at Ethos Veterinary Health, you will be responsible for performing anesthetic monitoring, including intubation and extubation of patients, monitoring vitals, and troubleshooting equipment. You will also obtain and prepare various blood samples for diagnostic testing, accurately take and process multiple types of radiographs, and participate in endoscopic procedures. Additionally, you will assist during ultrasound procedures and provide client education on common internal medicine diseases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a progressive veterinary hospital setting
- Comprehensive understanding and experience with anesthetic monitoring
- Proficiency in processing basic laboratory specimens and working knowledge of radiographic techniques
- RVT or VTS preferred
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community
- Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
