We offer a comprehensive range of services, including subacute and long-term care, to meet the unique needs of each resident. Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate CNA to join our team. The successful candidate will provide direct care to our residents, assist with daily living activities, and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the charge nurse.
- Participate in shift reports and handovers to ensure seamless communication.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Perform vital signs, as directed.
