Job Summary The CNA will assist nurses in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Assist nurses with administering treatments and examining residents.
Participate in restorative and rehab care programs under proper instruction and supervision.
Maintain accurate and complete records of resident care using our computerized medical record system.
Requirements: Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice and employment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Working Conditions: This role requires movement throughout the entire unit, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs, bending, lifting, and transporting equipment. The ability to utilize our computerized medical record system is also necessary.
Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00-$22.00/hour, depending on experience. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 for Full-Time CNAs and $1,500 for Part-Time CNAs is also available.
