We are a Federally Qualified Health Care Center with sites operating in Bridgeport, Stamford and Stratford, CT.

We are the largest provider of primary health care services in Fairfield County, proudly serving all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

We are presently recruiting for an experienced Psych Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient care to a diverse patient base in our Bridgeport, CT location.

Spanish speaking is a plus This role is approximately 30 hour per week.

Our team-based model of care is delivered in a kind and compassionate manner.

Position Highlights:

  • 100% Outpatient setting
  • Provide evaluations and medication management
  • Interest and experience working with general adult, children/adolescent populations as well as patients with substance abuse and addiction issues
  • No Required Call;
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successful completion of an approved Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program
  • 2-plus years' experience
  • Active CT FNP Licensure or in process
  • Proficiency in Spanish a plus, not required
