Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight to therapists, managing caseloads, and coordinating daily group assignments. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, including attendance, documentation, billing, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop treatment goals for patients.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences to discuss patient assessments, updates, and treatment plans.
  • Clinical Oversight
    • Provide clinical oversight to therapists, including managing caseloads and coordinating daily group assignments.
    • Assess patient mental health symptoms and develop master treatment plans.
    • Effectively communicate treatment plans to patients and facilitate daily groups within the scope of practice.
  • Program Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including attendance, documentation, billing, and regulatory requirements.
    • Contribute to employee and physician satisfaction by establishing professional relationships and providing clear communication.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Assume supervisory or manager tasks in the absence of the supervisor or manager.
    • Schedule, plan, delegate, and supervise assignments.
    • Provide feedback during the performance review process.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Three years of experience as a therapist.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) - Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors.
    • Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP) - Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health.
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers.
    • Licensed Counselors and Drug Counselor - Mental Health (LADC-MH) - Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors.
    • Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health.
    • Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW) - Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers.
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health.
