Qualifications:
  • Valid Virginia nursing license
  • CPR Certification
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation and records.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions and side effects.
  • Document patients' medical histories and vital signs.
  • Observe, record, and report any changes in patients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care strategies.
  • Adjust treatment plans based on patients' responses and clinical conditions.
  • Prepare patients for examinations or treatments and assist during procedures.
  • Ensure that examination rooms and medical supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' health conditions.
  • Adhere to all state regulations and facility policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the facility.
